skills sync, curate apply, memories import
Run inside a git repository with an origin remote
skills sync
Section titled “skills sync”kcap skills sync [--dry-run] [--auto]Installs this repository’s approved skills into the checkout as kcap-<slug> directories under .claude/skills, .agents/skills, .kiro/skills and .gemini/skills, kept out of git through .git/info/exclude; removes managed skills the server withdrew; clears copies earlier versions wrote under your home directory. --auto is the quiet, throttled mode session-start hooks use (skills.auto_sync), at most once per six hours per tree
curate apply
Section titled “curate apply”kcap curate apply [--dry-run] [--yes|-y]Writes the guidelines promoted for this repository with the CLAUDE.md target into a managed block in CLAUDE.md and/or AGENTS.md (creating AGENTS.md when neither exists), after showing the diff. Idempotent; fails closed when a managed block’s markers are damaged
memories import
Section titled “memories import”kcap memories import [--from <dir>] [--audience user|team|org] [--team <name>] [--project <slug> | --global] [--update] [--dry-run] [--yes]Reads Claude Code’s auto-memory notes (Markdown with name, description and type frontmatter; MEMORY.md is skipped) from the current repository’s Claude project folder, or --from, and saves each as a kcap memory homed at the repository, a project, or the organisation. Existing slugs are left alone unless --update
