The Free column describes a cloud Free workspace. While kcap is invite-only, choosing Free on the Get started page gives you the local edition on your own machine instead: it has no plan limits of its own, but no Kurrent-managed AI either, so the first row does not apply to it. Seats are active members plus pending invitations; a pending invitation holds its seat until accepted, revoked or expired. At the limit, invitations are refused until a seat is freed
Team trial: the console shows Team trial — N days left to admins; members do not see it. When it ends, features follow the plan the workspace is configured for
Changing plans: the page offers a Team trial or an Enterprise contact, both by email; the plan itself is set by Kurrent on the deployment, not in the console
