kcap accounts rename <id|dir> <label>

Records every Claude Code config directory (CLAUDE_CONFIG_DIR) and Codex home (CODEX_HOME) you use, not only the default, and installs kcap’s recording into each. The bare command lists the accounts with their recording state, plus directories found on the machine that are not added yet. remove takes kcap out of the directory and forgets it; the directory and its sign-in are left alone
