Work items
Open Work Items → Work Items (/admin/settings/ai/work-items) to configure automatic session correlation. Work Items requires Team or Enterprise.
Work items agent
Section titled “Work items agent”The panel sets the provider and model used for work-item correlation and judging overlapping work between sessions. Its Enabled switch governs correlation only. Credentials come from AI Providers.

Auto (Kurrent AI preferred) selects Kurrent AI when available, otherwise the first configured provider in the order Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Cohere. An explicitly selected unavailable provider does not fall back to another vendor. Click Save after changing agent settings.
Correlation runs only when the global switch and the effective scope are both enabled.
- Projects: a confirmed project’s LLM correlation switch governs all its repositories.
- Repositories: repositories outside a confirmed project have their own switch. Project-owned rows show via project.
Scope defaults are on when Kurrent AI is the effective provider. A default chip identifies a scope without an explicit override. Toggle a project or repository off to opt out.
Scope switches save immediately. Turning a scope on triggers a one-time backfill of its last 30 days of unassigned sessions. Turning it off and on again runs that backfill again.
Work item operations
Section titled “Work item operations”Open Work Items → Work item operations (/admin/work-item-operations) to inspect durable merges, resolutions, and undo operations. The page shows running operations, parked operations, parked inversions, and pending reconciliations.
A parked operation needs attention because automatic recovery could not finish. Review its kind, command, generation, and reason before choosing Accept to finish that recorded generation. For Parked inversions, inspect the source, destination, attempts, and reason; Retry gives the undo reconciliation another pass.
The operations page remains accessible to administrators by direct URL after a plan change, so previously parked work can still be resolved even when the Work Items navigation group is hidden.
