General

The Settings → General page exists as a landing spot for tenant-wide settings that don’t belong on a more specific page. What it shows depends on how the tenant authenticates.

On tenants that authenticate through GitHub (non-WorkOS), General shows a read-only health panel for the GitHub integration:

  • Auth provider and the connected organization or personal account name.
  • Per-sync status chips — org admins sync and teams sync — each with its last successful run and last error, if any.

It’s a status readout, not a set of editable settings; there’s nothing to save here. Use it to confirm the integration is connected and syncing.

On WorkOS-authenticated tenants there’s nothing to show: “No additional general settings are available for this tenant configuration.” Actual configuration lives on the other Settings pages.
